About us
Our company was established in 2017 as part of the Mahartlog Group, with the aim of providing the group with a reliable and stable long-term foundation in the field of property- related activities. Our activities focus on the management, utilisation and development of property, with a strong emphasis on efficient operation, value preservation and continuous improvement.
However, our activities extend beyond property management. We provide our international partners with comprehensive company representation and business support in Hungary. Tailored to our partners’ needs, we assist them in establishing and maintaining a local presence by offering legal and tax advice, as well as handling the administrative tasks required for operating in Hungary.
Drawing on our knowledge of the local business and legal environment, and in collaboration with our trusted professional partners, we strive to make our partners’ business presence in Hungary simpler and more predictable, whether the tasks relate to company formation, operations, representation, taxation or administration.
Tax advice
- We provide comprehensive tax advice on domestic and international taxation, including social security issues
- We can assist with tax planning both in Hungary and abroad
- Finding favourable tax conditions for both foreigners investing in Hungary and Hungarians investing abroad
- Calculate expected tax liabilities, prepare tax returns, help draft applicable contracts and assist with company formation and other administrative tasks
Company Representation
One of our firm’s key areas of expertise is the legal and commercial representation of foreign companies in Hungary, as well as providing comprehensive professional support for their operations in the country. We have many years’ experience in representing the Hungarian subsidiaries of foreign companies and foreign-owned Hungarian companies, and in supporting their day-to-day operations.
In addition to providing legal and operational support for our clients’ management, we actively assist them in liaising with the authorities and in carrying out administrative and commercial tasks related to the company’s operations.
As well as supporting corporate and business processes, we also play an active role in the preparation and implementation of grant-funded projects. Our aim is not merely to provide our clients with services relating to individual areas, but to offer comprehensive and coordinated support that facilitates their operations in Hungary and contributes to a long-term, stable presence.

One of the key areas of our business is the development, management and utilisation of our own properties. Our property portfolio, which is adapted to constantly changing business and market demands, provides a stable foundation for the Group’s operations, whilst we pay particular attention to preserving and enhancing the value of our properties and ensuring their long-term usability.
Our current portfolio includes several properties with different functions and locations:
- The property housing the group’s headquarters in Budapest
- Our logistics centre in Tata
- The properties at the Nyergesújfalu RO-RO terminal
In addition to our property portfolio, we also own several development sites that offer significant business and utilisation opportunities in the longer term:
- Within the Dorog Industrial Park
- In the town centre of Tata
- In Nyergesújfalu
In our development projects, we strive to create utilisation opportunities that are both sustainable in the long term and economically sound, taking into account the specific characteristics and location of each property.
